Attendance is FREE for qualified wastewater service companies and municipalities. However you do need to register in order to receive your credentials onsite. All other attendees may register for the cost of $20 per event.

Once registered for an upcoming WEQ Fair you will pick up your credentials at the registration area designated onsite. We do not mail credentials in advance. Your credentials consists of an admission badge that gives you permission to be onsite for the event and visit all of the vendors and equipment on display while the event is open. You must register for every WEQ Fair event that you plan to attend.

Yes, non-service/municipality admission is permitted at a cost of $20 per person and is intended for manufacturers, media, and other non-service/municipality professionals within the essential water and wastewater industries.

No, with the nature of the WEQ Fair being mostly regional attendance we do not contract with any hotels.

Yes, there is a Used Equipment Yard onsite at the show. You must register the used equipment you wish to display HERE and have your registration form attached to your equipment onsite. Used Equipment must be staged prior to the WEQ Fair opening and must be removed promptly at the the close of the event.

Yes there is RV parking available at the event site. You must register your RV HERE. There will be NO SERVICES available on site.
